The Keystone Conference is “A Celebration of Gender Diversity” is hosted annually by TransCentralPA in Pennsylvania’s capital city of Harrisburg.

Joanne Carroll, one of the co-chairs stated, "This action was necessary due to the world-wide outbreak of the new corona virus, COVID-19.  This has been a very difficult decision to make, but is the most prudent in light of too many intangibles and the high element of uncertainty surrounding this outbreak.”

Carroll also said, "Our first concern is the health and well-being of Keystone’s devoted participants, dedicated staff and volunteers, and you, our most faithful attendees."

For the past 10 years, growth has been incremental and the Keystone Conference is easily the largest in all of the Middle Atlantic Area.  In 2019, the annual attendance grew to nearly 800 attendees with an estimated economic impact of well over one-half million dollars to the economy of Harrisburg and South Central Pennsylvania.

The majority of conferees come from each of the Northeastern States and Eastern Canada.   Every one of the 50 states and 7 provinces have been represented, and in the past several years, the conference has become international in scope, with registered attendees from over twelve countries, including Israel, Belgium, Spain, England, Ireland, South Africa, Australia and others from South America and Europe.

The twelfth annual conference will be rescheduled again in Harrisburg during 2021, and dates will be announced later on the interactive website (keystoneconference.org).  The web presence has received truly international interest, having received nearly 150,000 visitors from one hundred sixty (167) countries.
