Central PA's LGBT News Source
Who is this tall drink of water from North Carolina? Meet Chris Thomas (and get to know a little more about him).
CV: Who most influenced the person you are today?
CT: I’ve often said if you’ve seen me, you’ve seen my mother but if you know me you know my father. My dad is a wealth of knowledge, empathy, and wisdom and I owe much of what I am and what I value to him – from going the extra mile for people in your life to my love (sometimes misguided love) of all things Washington, D.C. sports
CV: What’s your impression of the LGBTQ community in the central PA area?
CT: My impression thus far is that this is a community that justifies the community’s use of the rainbow as its most prominent symbol. Already I’ve met people in the community throughout the socio-political spectrum and I hope to do my part to foster a sense of unity and solidarity with this community.
CV: What do you enjoy doing when not working?
CT: Before moving to Central Pennsylvania, I wanted to know where three things were: the bowling alley, the library, and the best place to get a slice of pizza. Along with that, I do enjoy good company and good conversation along with working in my community to help make it a more inclusive and just place.
CV: What should someone expect from working with you?
CT: You’re going to get someone who believes in doing his very best in whatever he does and someone who values relationships. I may be a busy guy but I will do everything I can to make sure I value everyone related to this publication – especially our readers who turn to us for news, events postings, and where their hard earned money is best spent.
